Hi I'm Jo. 

I am mum to two kids both in their 20s, recently separated from my husband of 28years & I live in a beautiful part of the world in Cumbria. I love crafting, sewing, repairing bits of furniture, I left school with very few grades, and I went to the local college to do a course that I didn't enjoy because my dad told me to.   I met my husband at 20 and we got married and had the kids not long after.  I have worked alongside my ex husband in a waste water business for the past 20 years as well as raising our 2 kids, and I also run a holiday lodge that we let out.   I decided that I wanted to re-train in holistic therapies after having some reiki and loving it. I'm now a Reiki Master Teacher as well as doing Holistic Massage and reflexology.  I'm also training to become  a Holistic Life Coach.   This is the age where we can say F**k it its my turn now, this is my life and I intend to find what works for me, because lets face it if we are struggling, unhappy and unfulfilled then those around us suffer too.
